Yes, every purchase comes with a BellaBella certificate of authenticity that details our authentication process and guarantees the item's genuineness. This certificate can be used for insurance purposes or future resale.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and authentication materials. The bag should show no signs of wear or use beyond initial inspection.
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label. Please include the return authorization number with your package.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Final sale items, personalized items, and bags that show signs of wear beyond initial inspection cannot be returned. These restrictions will be clearly marked on the product page.
